How to delete your PhoenixPC account and the personal data attached to it.

PhoenixPC is operated by Gemmarix PC (OPC) Private Limited. This page explains how to have your account and personal data removed, what we delete, and what we are required to keep.

How to request deletion

1. Email support@phoenixpc.in from the address registered on your PhoenixPC account, with the subject line Account deletion request.
2. Include the mobile number on the account so we can confirm the request is yours.
3. We verify the request and email you once the deletion is complete.

How long it takes

We action verified requests within 30 days and confirm by email when it is done.

What gets deleted

• Your account profile — name, email address, mobile number and password
• Saved delivery and billing addresses
• Wishlist, saved builds and cart contents
• Marketing preferences, and any linked Facebook or Google sign-in connection

What we have to keep, and why

Some records cannot be deleted on request, because Indian law requires us to retain them:

• Invoices and tax records — retained for 8 years under the Companies Act, 2013 and GST legislation.
• Payment records — held by our payment providers under RBI rules. We do not store card details ourselves.
• Warranty and service records — retained for the warranty period, so we can honour a claim on a build you have already bought.

These are kept only for those purposes. They are not used for marketing, and access is restricted.

Deleting data without closing your account

If you only want to stop marketing email, use the unsubscribe link in any message from us, or change your preferences under My Account. You do not need to delete your account for that.
