Cancellation Policy
- Orders for custom-built or made-to-order PCs cannot be cancelled once processing has started.
- Standard product orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Refund Policy
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Refunds are subject to inspection and approval.
Damaged or Defective Products
- Customers must report damage or defects within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos or videos.
- Replacement or refund will be initiated after verification.
