These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of phoenixpc.in and any purchase made through it. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
2. About PhoenixPC
PhoenixPC designs, builds, and sells premium custom gaming PCs and components to customers across India.
3. Use of the Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this site by any third party. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, our systems, or any account that is not yours.
4. Products, Pricing & the “Build Your PC” Configurator
We make every effort to display accurate product information, images, and pricing. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without notice. Components selected through our “Build Your PC” configurator are added to your cart as individual line items; final availability and pricing are confirmed at checkout. In the rare event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel or correct the affected order and will notify you promptly.
5. Orders & Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion (for example, in cases of suspected fraud or stock unavailability). Payment must be completed in full through one of our supported payment methods before an order is processed. All payments are handled by secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways.
5.1 Payment options for PC builds
These terms apply to prebuilt PhoenixPC systems and to custom builds configured through the Build Your PC tool. At checkout you may choose one of two payment options:
- Pay 100% now — the full order value is charged at checkout.
- Pay 20% now, 80% before delivery — a 20% deposit confirms your order and reserves your components. The remaining 80% becomes payable once your build has been assembled and stress-tested.
Where the part-payment option is used, the following applies:
- The 20% deposit is a booking amount against the exact configuration and price confirmed in your order. It secures component pricing and availability for that order.
- We will contact you with a payment link for the outstanding 80% once your build has passed stress-testing and is ready for dispatch.
- The 20% deposit is calculated on the full order value, including shipping charges.
- The balance must clear within 7 days of the date we request it. If it does not, the order is cancelled and the 20% deposit is non-refundable.
- If you need more time, email us before the 7-day deadline and we will grant one 7-day extension. Only one extension is available per order and it must be requested in writing within the original 7-day window.
- No order is packed, dispatched or delivered until 100% of the order value has been received. A build that is fully assembled and tested will be held with us until the balance clears.
- Delivery timelines begin from the date the final payment clears, not from the date the deposit was paid.
- The part-payment option is available on PC builds only. Individual components and accessories are payable in full at checkout.
- Any refund or cancellation involving a deposit is handled under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines, coverage, and charges are described on our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier delays outside our control.
7. Returns, Refunds & Warranty
Returns, refunds, and warranty coverage are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. User Accounts
When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of PhoenixPC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PhoenixPC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or products purchased through it, beyond the value of the relevant order.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date, and continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
