Everything you need to know about how we pack, ship, and handle returns on every PhoenixPC build.
Shipping Policy
- We ship to over 40 cities across India.
- Orders are built, stress-tested, and dispatched within 3–5 business days.
- Every rig ships in reinforced, GPU-specific packaging to prevent transit damage.
- You will receive tracking details by email and SMS the moment your order leaves our workshop.
- Delivery typically takes 2–6 additional business days depending on your location.
Returns & Refunds
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened builds in original packaging.
- Contact our support team to initiate a return before shipping anything back.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
- Custom-configured builds may be subject to a restocking fee — details are shared before you order.
- Component-level manufacturer warranties remain valid regardless of our return window.
Payment Terms for PC Builds
On prebuilt PhoenixPC systems and custom builds you can choose at checkout to pay 100% now, or pay a 20% deposit now and the remaining 80% before delivery.
- The 20% deposit confirms your order and reserves your components at the price shown.
- The 20% is calculated on the full order value including shipping.
- We send a payment link for the outstanding 80% once your build is assembled and stress-tested.
- The balance must clear within 7 days of that request, or the order is cancelled and the 20% deposit is non-refundable.
- Need longer? Email us before the deadline and we will grant one 7-day extension.
- No order is packed, dispatched or delivered until 100% of the order value has been received.
- Delivery timelines start from the date the final payment clears.
- Individual components and accessories are payable in full at checkout.
